                               RESOLUTION NO. 19246
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
                   CONTRACT WITH INSITUFORM MIDSOUTH RELATIVE
                   TO SLIP-LINE REPAIR OF SEWER LINES FOR AN
                   AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY
                   THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($750,000.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of a Contract with Insituform Midsouth relative to 
slip-
       line repair of sewer lines for an amount not to exceed
       $750,000.00.
